✓ Always Do These

  • Eat ONE meal per day in the morning (8–10 am window)
  • Drink ACV + warm water immediately upon waking every day
  • Include cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, kale, Brussels sprouts) in your meal DAILY — they detox your liver
  • Add 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to every meal
  • Eat 1/2 avocado daily — best potassium source, fat-soluble vitamin delivery
  • Eat eggs at least 5 days per week — vitamin A for white eyes, zinc for skin
  • Do 30-min posture/stretch routine EVERY morning before your meal
  • Drink your 4 daily drinks in order: Coffee × 2 → Green Tea × 2 → Ginger Tea × 1 → Chamomile × 1 — every single day, no exceptions
  • Sleep 7–9 hours. Poor sleep spikes cortisol which spikes blood sugar
  • Walk 20–30 min daily (after morning meal if possible) — most effective blood sugar tool
  • Keep carbs under 20g net per day
  • Eat fatty fish (salmon, sardines) at least 3x per week — omega-3 reduces belly fat inflammation

✗ Never Do These

  • STOP ALL ALCOHOL — Beer spikes insulin higher than sugar. Your yellow eyes & belly fat are partly from liver damage caused by alcohol. This is non-negotiable.
  • Never eat between your OMAD meal — snacking destroys fasting benefits and keeps insulin elevated
  • No grains — bread, rice, pasta, roti, oats all convert to sugar and spike insulin
  • No dairy — milk, cheese, yogurt create mucus and are the #1 cause of throat/lung congestion
  • No fruit juices or smoothies — liquid sugar bypasses satiety mechanisms
  • No vegetable/seed oils — canola, sunflower, corn oils cause inflammation. Use only olive oil, ghee, or coconut oil
  • No processed/packaged food — contains hidden sugars, additives, and MSG that spike insulin
  • Do not add milk, cream, or sugar to coffee/tea — breaks the fast
  • Do not do intense cardio (running, HIIT) yet — your body needs gentle movement until insulin improves
  • Do not eat after your morning meal window — no late-night eating
